A friend and I are working on a comic/graphic novel together and this is something I threw together for the concept stage.
I really enjoy how streamlined and crisp the character looks against the photo bg and I wonder if we should use photos for the bgs. I also like how it looks like it could be a cel from the ‘Epilogue’ animated series.
I recycled the eagle “furry stripper” cleaning company freelance art I did recently, and think this worked out pretty well.
